Andy Durrant was efficient, friendly and caring when talking us through the process of pre-planning a funeral which he did with sensitivity and professionalism. The staff at Head Office were also most helpful.Nothing was too much trouble from the initial enquiry to confirmation of our plan.Now that we've booked our funerals, we can get on with living our lives to the full!
