My Mum has lived in Spain for 25 years she had a pre paid funeral care plan with Avalon, I’m so glad she did as this has made her sudden and unexpected passing so much easier. My Mum’s plan was passed on to a company called Funeral Care Spain.Sadly I did encounter a few hiccups along the way, which was just devastating,Mike from Avalon was amazing with his follow up calls his compassion, empathy and understanding was just so genuine and heartfelt.The plan my Mum had taken out covered most necessary items and I was able to add on some extras with Neal at Funeral Care Spain Who I do have to point out was just fabulous not only with his professionalism but with his charisma and compassion Thank you Avalon Emma Ball
