From the word go of the enquiry all staff were brilliant. The appointment by telephone was on time and the representative which in this case was a Stuart McColgan explained all the details of the different plans with clarity. Stuart took the time to explain several times so that my wife and I fully understood the plan we had chosen. No hard sales pitch just straight foreword information. We asked for 24 hours to decide. it was agreed to contact us the following day. The plan suited us for our needs and agreed to go ahead. Lovely people to deal with and straight forward process without any catches. I can see why Avalon get the 5-star rating and could highly recommend them to anyone who are thinking of making their funeral plans.
