I contacted Avalon13 months ago and Andy came to visit us. After going through the presentation and options of the funeral plans I needed time to discuss with family… 13 months later I contacted Avalon again and Andy needed to revisit to ensure nothing had changed and to ensure we fully understood what was covered, amazingly in all that time no one pressured us to take a policy out and Andy was just as helpful as his first visit, professional at all times and very informative and answered all our questions in full. I have friends with Avalon plans and in December 24 lost a friend with Avalon plan and due to my first meeting with Andy was able to help his wife in what to do when he passed, it was such a stressful time made so much smoother with the help and assistance of Avalon staff. I would certainly recommend the company and Andy to everyone. Thanks for your patience and time 🙂.
