Factual, responded to questions and clarifications, and yet an informality that could have been a difficult conversation. Jay did not come across as defensive but wanted to ensure that I understood all that was being said. Despite my story telling he kept the conversation on track and within the time frame he had indicated it would take. His style wanted to keep focused but at the same time at ease and relaxed in his presentation. He showed he has a sense of humour but this only emerged at my lead. He was polite enough to laugh at all my jokes.
