At last, I bit the bullet, and contacted Avalon to make an appointment to discuss the plans they had on offer. An appointment was given to me for a few days later, at my home, and bang on time, Alan Richardson, Avalon's client consultant arrived at my address. He went through every plan and scenario that was open yo me, in clear, concise terms, I asked a mountain of questions, which he answered. The appointment/conversation is recorded, to protect the customer and the consultant. I asked if I could have some time to go over the different plans/payment options, and another appointment was made for a week later. There was no 'hard sell', no pressure to sign anything. A week later, last Thursday, Alan again arrived bang on time, and a few more questions from me, and I took out the Plus Plan. The whole experience from start to finish was easy and seam free. Well done Avalon and Alan, very professional company, thank you.
