However, the disbursement process was quite slow, and the urgency was not fully understood. Post disbursement, the fund release request has been disappointing, as it has been over a week since my university received the receipt, yet the request is still incomplete, affecting my further processes. Overall, my experience has been good, but the disbursement and fund release stages need improvement, as the system feels slow and requires better efficiency.
