This app is completely unreliable. Initially, they require a subscription to try adding products, but you soon discover that the app doesn't automatically sync products with Amazon. Instead, you have to upload a file of your products from the app to Amazon and process them one by one. I spent two days trying to sync the products between the app and Amazon, following all their instructions, but the sync still failed, and the list of products I added to Amazon didn't appear to link to the app. When I contacted technical support, I received no help; they just kept saying, "Wait, we're investigating the problem." I submitted numerous support requests, but received no response. You just waited for hours, as if you were begging for help and receiving no service for your money!It was a terrible experience, which I documented with photos and videos. I will warn others about them.
