I signed up for a free trial in December. Quickly realised this platform was not fit for purpose and didn’t use it any longer. I had no plans to upgrade to the £29.99 plan but somehow that amount has been taken from my account today. I quickly went on the account to cancel the plan that magically subscribed itself and put the payment in dispute with my bank. However, to cancel they make you ‘book a call’ to discuss with them, so they don’t make it easy. Avoid at all costs. It’s not as amazing as the YouTube entrepreneurs make out, most of them are being paid to mention them.
