I signed up for a free trial and it wasnt for me. I've since realised ive been charged 2 months I contacted Avasam to ask them why have i been charged and can I have a refund. They would be able to see from the lack of log ins/activity on the account that I wasn't using it. Unfortunately it seem queries like this are just ignored. Poor customer service.
