The product arrived opened and spilled. Initially, I hesitated to write a negative review as I understand that errors can happen. However, after reaching out to the support team with photo evidence for a refund, I have not received a response in weeks. I am requesting a refund for the defective item and am willing to send it back, but this experience has left me quite dissatisfied.
