I don’t know what really cause my body stress, I have been taking Avea product for quite sometime but I remember I’d stop biomind for awhile cause it give me chestpain(I’m asthmatic) so then after afew month I continue with biomind cause with biomind I’m more alert and good for gut health suddently I became stressful I can’t sleep breathless,constant thirst and pee at night 6-7 time so I stop all supplement ( I’m diabetic also)for your info I took other supp also not only avea but I don’t blame avea supplement at all it have been good to me
