I contacted customer service because I wanted to clear up a misunderstanding and I was very surprised at how quickly I received an answer, in fact I always received an answer on the same day, even when I asked to speak to my contact person briefly on the phone. Fortunately, I always dealt with the same contact person, Ms. Sabine Roth, to resolve my questions, and she made every effort to resolve the matter in my best interests. She was also extremely friendly and responsive. In short, my experience with Avea's customer service was truly exceptional, because (as we all know) often contact with customer service is a less than pleasant experience.
