I ordered two tank tops advertised as cotton. What I received were items labelled 90% polyester / 10% elastane, with no cotton content at all.I contacted customer support immediately and provided photos of the labels. Despite this, the company repeatedly categorised the issue as “material expectations or preference,” which is incorrect — the items simply did not match the product description.They refused a full refund, refused to provide a prepaid return label for their mistake, and offered only a 50% partial refund, stating this was their “final decision.”I was left without the products I ordered and with items that are unusable to me. Based on this experience, I would advise other customers to be very cautious and to check material descriptions carefully.
