I had appointment booked with Sonia at the Rickmansworth High Street Clinic at 10.25 am this morning. Unfortunately unexpectedly I stuck in traffic on my way to her and was late by 10min. I was told by pharmacist that as I am late Sonia can’t see me anymore. I felt very upset a disappointed!! I took a day off to be able to come for this visit. I wouldn’t be using Sonia services any more. I ended up with no visit and no work day. So I lost double today. What a waste of the day… and thinking that I was late by 10min .. Dear Sonia - pls make yourself ready and allow the 10-15 min break in-between your appointments, as your customers might be late sometimes - even if it’s not their fold!!
