The consultation was quick and easy, and at a time time suited me best. Sonia was patient when listening to my concerns and honest when offering advise. She told me the pros and, most importantly, if there were any cons, and let me decide which road I wanted to go down. As I was on a budget, she never pushed any products on me, was honest about what I needed, and what I might be able to do without. What I appreciated the most was the patience she had, especially when I asked the same questions multiple times as I weighed up the decisions.
