I recently raised a serious complaint with this company about their service. For complaints, you deal with a nameless person - just "complaints team". There is no openness and transparency, so you do not know who is assessing it, nor what criteria they are using. I asked to escalate my issue after they disagreed with my complaint, but there is no escalation process in place. Every company I work with, and every HR policy, has a system for escalation if a customer/employee is unhappy; surely a company whose whole focus is HR should have a more transparent and customer-friendly approach. I have asked to cancel my policy, and the answer is 'NO' despite my stating that our relationship has completely broken down.
