Very disappointing; I ordered on Monday with a delivery window of 1 to 3 working days, but I still haven't received it. The tracking says they are still waiting to receive it from the sender since Wednesday. I received no response to my emails. This was a gift, and if they couldn't deliver as promised, they shouldn't mislead customers. I genuinely believe this website is questionable; I've never encountered one with such poor customer service.
