I placed an order on January 5th and selected the 2-3 working day delivery option. As of January 15th, the courier is still showing as 'awaiting details'. I reached out via email several days ago but haven't received a response. Since I leave the country on the 21st, it’s clear I won’t get my order in time, forcing me to buy from another seller at a higher price for faster shipping. I will also be requesting a chargeback from my bank.
