Our research and correspondence with Kris from Averia helped us determine we wanted to try their product. We have had the collar and tracker for a couple years now and it is every bit as good as we were told it would be. Real time reporting and updating is very valuable when it comes to catching up to a pet on the loose. We only ever had to actually locate our pet once via the Averia collar. Our dog Chevy, put it to the test in Mar 2024. Total elapsed time once we realized he was out of the safe zone was probably less than 10 minutes. I would have found him sooner, had I had my phone with me to get the notification when it went off. According to the app, Chevy travelled 1.55 miles and was out of the safe zone 42 min. Lesson learned. Keep your monitor with you at all times.We also have friends whom we added to the app. They dog sit for us and can follow uptodate notifications just like we do. That is a nice tool built into the app.Admittedly, it took me a little while to learn the app. Slow learner. No matter the question I had though, Kris and his team of technicians were right there to educate me on areas where I lacked understanding. And very quick with their response. Usually less than 24 hours.They are a truly customer oriented team/business and are very deserving of my highest endorsement. This tracking collar lives up to the reputation advertised.
