I am truly shocked at how different the item I received is from the images displayed on the website. The dress is nothing like the photos; the fabric, cut, and overall quality are vastly different. When I reached out to customer service, I was informed that I could either return it at my own expense to an international location (which was not clearly stated at checkout) or accept a 20% refund to keep an item that is unwearable. This is not a typical return situation. The product is materially different from what was advertised. Requiring customers to pay for international shipping for a misrepresented item, without clearly disclosing the return location, is highly misleading. The reviews on this site do not accurately reflect what I received. I would strongly caution anyone thinking about ordering to reconsider.
