The accommodation was way below expectations. As for the so called “ Nha Trang Beach Break” although in writing it would be beachfront our accommodation was not near the beach, other accommodations were down graded once they had our money.AVG initially admitted error, then backflipped and denied all responsibility leaving us no choice but to find beach front accommodation at our cost or waste flights. I have emailed AVG, 2 September, demanding answers, as of 19 September they have not responded .
