Overall we had a fabulous trip to Vietnam 🇻🇳 and Cambodia 🇰🇭 The communication at times could be better in particular with late changes to schedules plus the number of times we had to check out and check into the same accomodation in Hanoi! The food on the boat during our trip to Ha Long bay was average at best. The tour guides (Two, Bang Bang & Mr Polly in Cambodia were exceptional) going above and beyond. Unfortunately the same can’t be said about Billy (Danang & Hoi An) and in particular Alex (Ho Chi Minh) who appeared to be “out of his depth” and this resulted in poor communication and time management e.g. only having 25 mins at the War Museum was very disappointing to say the least. Finally, Vietnam Airline flights throughout the whole trip could not be faulted.The only other suggestion in Cambodia wouldbe to schedule a sunrise trip to Angkor Wat and surrounding temples. Our trip was in the middle of the day but the heat and humidity in mid May was so oppressive that myself and everyone else on our tour were so uncomfortable that we really couldn’t appreciate these amazing temples like we wanted to.
