We have been very satisfied with the help & timely follow-up of the travel consultants & consider the tours good value. Our disappointment has been the lack of an EFTPOS facility for payment by credit card in order to activate Complimentary Travel Insurance provided by Banking Institutions to their clients. The credit card payment system used by Asia Vacations incurs a significant cash advance fee plus compound interest until the amount owing is paid out & credit card interest is considerably high!
