We have booked a tour to Japan, and the date changed to 2 days earlier, which cost us a change in airfares( even though we had purchased flexible fares, still had to pay fare difference). We leave in 2 and a half weeks and can't get any confirmation of itinerary and hotel confirmations. The company has been telling us for 8 months, we'd receive it 30 days before the trip. Communication is very poor, emails not responded to, called in and talked to them, promised call backs and responses. Nothing. I'm concerned big time...
