Very dissapointing service.I have sent several emails without any type of answer.I have had to directly call to Holland in order to insist for AVICLAIM to send me the money, that they have collected from RYANAIR several months before, and they did not pay it to me, this is tottally unacceptable. I would never recommend AVICLAIM TO ANYONE.
