Be aware that they present their service as no cure, no pay but they presented me with a significant invoice even though they did no succeed to get reimbursed by the airline. For over 2 years after the delayed flight they kept harassing me (iso the airline) with mails and phone calls asking for all sorts of documents I couldn't provide. When you finally beg them to leave you alone and drop it, they charge you. Apparently hidden somewhere in the small print of their T&Cs..
