Still waiting for refund of my deposit after 5 weeks. the car we hired was certainly returned in perfect condition and with a full tank of fuel, yet our deposit not returned. this was a rental from Dublin Airport which I had booked many weeks in advance, they charged me more than I was quoted for in that booking as well. Will use someone else next time.Well Jen this refund has never happened, the deposit was a tank of fuel which was paid up front, and never got refunded, it seemed dodgy at the time especially when I hire through Avis Australia for business all the time and had never been asked to pay for a tank of fuel upfront which they said would be refunded on return of the car with a full tank.. which it was.
