The 1 star is for the nice staff.Avis is woeful , didn't have the car i ordered (they actually don't have the car i order at all) so i got a smart car, uncomfortable , slow and was useless going up hills. Of course the sat nav has been disabled over their fleet of cars, so if you need one be prepared it will cost more than the car rental, what a con.If you are going for more than a couple of days, just buy a sat nav it will be cheeper. Just a horrible experience, don't use.......
