Returned a car to Verona Airport. 3 weeks later I’m charged €105 for nonexistent damage - I have photos of the car at the start and end of the rental to prove this. I have contacted Avis to request a refund to my bank card. To date I have only received automated email responses. I have sent 12 emails! This amounts to theft. What a way to treat a customer.
