Unfortunately there is no 0 score.Very poor service and limited customer care.The staff are shared between three rental companies, making the process confusing. Accessing the car is complicated, with only basic directions provided.I did not receive the car I had reserved; instead, I was given a 3-year-old Kia with multiple damages. Of course, upon returning the car, I was informed of a small chip on the windshield that I supposedly missed, despite taking 17 photos of other damages.Definitely to be avoided !
