I had my new bathroom fitted 9 months ago. It was an absolutely amazing transformation, from design to the completed work was second to none. Two days ago I noticed that some of the top coat of the wash basin had disappeared, I contacted AV bathrooms to explain the issue, they asked for a photograph which I sent yesterday. I can’t tell you how surprised I was when of their guys turned up this morning, not to have a look at my wash basin, but to install a new one. This kind of customer service is exceptional. Jin who completed the work was extremely professional and treated my house with respect.
