I don't know how much room you get to leave these reviews but honestly could write so much..we have been desperate for a bathroom for so long, we dont have a lot of disposable income so this is a big purchase for us. Having had a few different quotes I didnt think we would ever afford a bathroom then we came across AV. I had a visit from Donatas and another chap who was training to be an esitmator and they were fantastic so knowledgeable but not pushy sales people I hate that puts me off straight away, they clearly knew their stuff and had been fitters before. I wondered how quickly the advertised price would go up as they entered the details of what I wanted to their Ipad - it didnt! Astonished by the value for money quote we visited the showroom I worry a lot and analysed things like why they share a showroom with another company, how can they do it so reasonable compared to the other quotes we had which were more than double AV quote! How come they have so much choice within my budget, how can they fit me in just 2 weeks after quote, why did we not have to sign a contract or leave a deposit, I thought there must be a catch. Well I can assure you there wasnt any catch! Communication in the lead up to the fitting was astonishing emails, up dating me, instructions, guarantee info. Day one of fitting a van arrived with EVERYTHING for my new bathroom, at this point I hadn't paid a penny. Fitter arrived at the same time Oleksej - what a guy. I have never witnessed someone work so hard and fast, professional and clean. My house was covered with carpet protection right through, he swiftly removed my old bathroom along with two lots of lino and two layers of tiles on all four walls from floor to ceiling. All rubbish was stored tidy in my garden. A van came day two three and four to collect rubbish as it was removed from the bathroom. Oleksej was respectful of me working from home his music was low, he worked on his own and I saw stages of the work it was perfection. After 3.5 days I had a full new bathroom which feels like I am in a hotel. I could write more I am blown away that they can do it for this price and be so professional with it. I wish I could leave more of a review but I promise you will not be disppointed.
