I ordered my annual A4 notebook. I love the product, it's well made, beautifully finished and packaged. This is my fourth. Anyway, this year I ordered it and pressed GPay but, immediately realised that for some reason GPay had my old addresses on file. So I emailed A and S and told them. Received an immediate response, "no problem, we'll sort that". At the back of my mind I was thinking, given my past experience of other companies, that something was definitely going to go awry. Got home later that same day and the doorbell went and my husband came in holding a package with my name on it. 'But' I said 'I haven't ordered anything' because, who would imagine that an item ordered at about 10am, not ordered with they who shall not be named (begins with A a very long river on South America ), would arrive at 6pm The. Same. Day? Opened said package and my flabber was completely gasted, that is to say it was my book. Unbelievable service. I emailed them to say thanks and they emailed back to say thanks. It's just so civilised and efficient and professional. I love them. P.S. they are also great value for money. I feel like there must be something ethically very wrong with them to be able to offer this service. Maybe they're made out of people. Actual people. (Just kidding they are bio safe and made in green factories too)
