I've been a loyal user for many years, but after a break, I discovered that my unlimited license wasn't what I thought. Upon needing to reinstall on a new computer, I was greeted with a message about violating the License Agreement for multiple installations. The support team was unhelpful, insisting I should have read the fine print. The term 'unlimited' is misleading as it only allows one installation. Who pays so much for just one use? Additionally, while support is included, their responses are one-sided and quick, making me feel unheard. I liked the tools but can’t justify spending more money on a company that seems more focused on profits than customer satisfaction. I'm moving on to find a better alternative. The company really needs to reconsider its approach.
