I have been a long-time user of the service since 2012, but I hadn't accessed it for a while. I believed I had an unlimited license and thought I could return to it whenever I wanted. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. After getting a new computer, I needed the tools I had used before. However, upon attempting to reinstall the software, I encountered a message indicating I had violated the License Agreement by trying to install it on multiple devices. Contacting the support team was unhelpful, as they simply reiterated the License Agreement, implying I should have read the fine print. The term "unlimited" license is misleading, as it restricts you to one PC permanently. Who pays hundreds of dollars for a single installation? Furthermore, my so-called unlimited license came with support, but after their initial response, there was no way for me to reply. It felt like they weren't interested in any further communication. Their response was quick but seemed generic, suggesting they might receive this kind of complaint frequently. Overall, I appreciated the tools, but I cannot justify spending more money on a company that operates this way. Their policies clearly prioritize profit over genuine customer service. I am now seeking a better alternative that meets my needs. The company should reconsider its business practices. Caution advised.
