He came out promptly after I contacted them and measured to complete a free estimate. We had to delay a couple or three months due to finances and Alex honored the price, came out again to make sure his notes were correct, sent me a link to order the opener directly to save a few dollars, and gave us an installation date a couple of weeks out so they could make our door. The installers arrived promptly as promised and worked most of the day to remove the old door and opener and make sure the new door and opener were working smoothly. All in all, we received a quality door and a great customer service experience.
