Due to forex restrictions they could not make payment for the service from their account and i opted to help them with the payment using my card. Payment was made for 5 -months, and my team put them through Awario and how to use.This engagement with the agency was discontinued shortly after, i got a shocking email today that my card had been charged $1345 on Awario, i was terrified as I never opted for my card to be saved on Awario, and i did not see any place to cancel it on the dashboard after the payment.I immediately contacted your team to notify them of this development and to process a refund only to be told it was not possible. $1345 is a lot of money for a service i do not use or intend to use for now.I am being told that they do not offer refund even though we never used the product more than 1 month and we paid for 5 months, now i am going to lose over $1000 for a product i do not use?
