Would give 0 stars if I could!I ordered a new set of luggage from Away on recommendations from friends. However, these overpriced chunks of plastic are not good, just really trendy. The worst part is that their customer service. I ordered with expedited shipping so they would arrive in time for a trip. They did not arrive in time, mostly due to Away taking almost 4 days (they finally got it to the shipper after hours at the end of the third business day) to give it to the shipping carrier, even though their website says 1-2 days for processing. When I asked for a refund of the expedited shipping cost I was informed of fine print on their website that apparently meant that they fulfilled the order on time, despite initially giving me a different arrival date. Customer service was also extremely rude in response to my requests for help. With how expensive the products are, this should not be happening.DO NOT BUY! I am returning them and anxiously awaiting my large refund.
