I’ve placed several orders on your website Awe Inspired. At first, everything went smoothly, and I made a large number of purchases. However, I later received an empty package, as well as an Alanis Morissette medallion with the stone missing. I was never offered an exchange or replacement for these issues.More recently, I placed four new orders, and I’ve been told there’s a problem with Global-e — first an issue with labeling, then with customs. It’s now been a month, and I’m still waiting for my packages, even though everything shows as “in stock” on your website.I’m beginning to doubt the reliability of your company. These will be my final orders, especially after reading other negative reviews. I also plan to share my experience with people in the entertainment industry whom I know personally.I hope someone can finally address these issues and provide a proper resolution.Sincerely,
