I've bought several items from Awe because I love the designs but they screw up orders probably half the time. They've shipped me the wrong item before, sent a broken bracelet once, and now most recently, sent a shipment with a missing necklace. Then I have to chase down customer support. I want to love them but they're soooo expensive for what they offer and they almost always mess up the shipments. This will be my last Awe purchase.
