Their sterling silver pieces are nice and they have some interesting items. The silver pieces are quality and not thin or cheap silver.Their customer service is also great. Carrier never delivered an order & when I contacted Awe Inspired they reshipped my entire order w no issues & no additional cost to me. I guess my issue is their pricing, it's just way too pricey for what it is. Almost $200 for a sterling silver necklace charm? That's crazy. Also, their "gold" is Vermeil so be aware. They don't try to hide it but paying $300 and up and up and up on basically gold plated jewelry is NUTS. I'm glad I hate yellow gold but I would never have spent that much on something not solid gold anyway. Overall, they don't appear to be a shady company at all and have some really cool pieces but are way overpriced. Also, as soon as tariffs were announced, they immediately sent an email saying their prices were going up. They're the only company I have shopped with that has done that thus far. A bit off putting even for a heads up.
