A small company that went above and beyond with keeping us updated on our beautiful maps arrival. They were honest from the start and apologised for not responding to a query as they were overwhelmed but had sent our parcel and done everything in their power to get it to us on time, which they did managed.Very rare to have a company be so honest and open and apologise for things both inside and outside their control without provocation.Super happy with our maps- they’re absolutely beautiful, looking forward to maybe getting some towels now!
