I may have been conned into trying their service. I was selling a luxury bag online and a woman messaged me that she's really interested but asked if I could get it authenticated first. She sent me the link to this company's website, even told me she will pay for the fee. I said I usually use Real Authentication but she said this company does it within 5 hours and is always open. I will admit that it was my mistake to do what she asked even when there was technically no commitment that she was going to buy it. So I got my bag authenticated by this company. They were indeed always open (I got an email from an actual person confirming my order at 11pm PST, and got my result within 5 hours). The next day, the woman didn't reply nor looked at my messages. When I looked up her photo, it turns out it wasn't even her own photo. Like the other reviews there, I can say that the company did get the job done but then I realized how do we even know if these 3rd-party authentication companies are real? How do we know how accurate the results are? Anyone can say this and that about a bag's material, stitching by just looking at a photo sent over email, and proceed to declare an item's authenticity. I'm not saying this company is a scam but I would proceed with caution and go with more established companies.
