I called yesterday at 1.14pm and was told I’d be waiting 60 to 90 mins but no one attended. I called back and your colleague fobbed me off by saying there’s no one in my area to do the job. 3 hours and still waiting, still no call back. I called again and another one of your colleagues called James said he’d look into it. I then got a text to say someone will be with me at 16.30. Five minutes later I got another text to say an assistance will be with me at 15.30. I finally got assistance after nearly 4 hours wait. The assistance was so lovely and helpful. He informed me that he’d been sat at home all day waiting for a call out. This just goes to show there is no real communication between staff and the assistance especially in an emergency when you most need it. I also wasted at least an hour on the phone trying to get through and having to explain my problem over and over again. Absolutely disgusting! I won’t be using AXA again!
