They will say anything to avoid paying out. Two main points why my claim was unsuccessful. 1. Didn’t file a police report in Turkey - I was unaware the watch was missing until I returned home and emptied my bags.2. Didn’t prove ownership - I sent them a copy of the original receipt, photos of the box and owners manual. Short of CCTV footage I’m not sure what else I could have done.Avoid at all costs, wish I had read the other reviews before I took the policy with them
