Our two year old became ill in Mexico. We were left to figure things out ourselves, no assistance with flights or accomodation. They even emailed us as our little boy was ill in hospital to tell us they would not cover us causing us incredible distress. Communication with them was apalling.
When we returned to the UK and I complained, they emailed me offering compensation as well as assuring me they'd pay all our expenses within 10 days.
It's been over five weeks since then and we've yet to receive a penny or even a courtesy email although I've emailed them three times for an update.
