I arranged a holiday for my mum's special birthday trip. Sadly, shortly after, we learned she has stage 4 cancer and is at the end of her life. Naturally, we couldn't go on the trip, but making a claim to the company has been incredibly challenging and stressful. I've provided everything they requested, yet there has been no progress. It feels heartless for a company to behave this way during such a painful time for my family, especially with the holidays approaching. Just weeks ago, my mum was active and now she is bedridden. I’m writing this from her side and am appalled at how my claim is being managed. While the phone representatives have been polite and helpful, the overall claim process and lack of payout are unacceptable. Based on other reviews, I don't have much faith in receiving a payout, and if that’s the case, this company should face scrutiny for misleading advertising.
