This experience has been an absolute disgrace. The customer service has been the worst I've ever encountered. Their app is ineffective, and responses to emails are non-existent. They claim to process medical authorizations quickly but do not follow through. The language barrier adds to the frustration. After years with a previous provider, I find this service utterly unacceptable and would advise against engaging with them.
