From the outset of renewing my membership after having a corporate one in 2024, it has been arduous to deal with them. I renewed in 2025, only due to the strenuous efforts by 1 employee but will not renew this year. Despite increasing significantly in 2025/2026, it is a challenge to get any treatments such as chiropractor, skin tag removal or similar non urgent items covered. They do pay a small amount towards significant dental work but this isn't enough to make me stay with them. Currently assessing the market as I hear from friends there are far better options!
